This is a great dosage for those looking to try a full spectrum CBD without making a large investment. This tincture offers a dosage of approximately 8.3 milligrams (mg) per 1.0 milliliter (ml) dose.

A 1/2 dose or less is recommended when first experiencing this product to establish tolerance levels. If the desired effect is not achieved within 4-6 days of consistent usage, increasing the dosage may be recommendable. For best results take sublingually (under the tongue).
