6-15 lbs = 3 drops, twice a day (or as needed) 

16-25 lbs = 4 drops, twice a day (or as needed)

26-50 lbs = 5 drops, twice a day (or as needed) 

51+ lbs = 8-10 drops, twice a day (or as needed)
